Joseph Earp is currently the Performing Arts Chair and Director of Bands at Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi. Ensembles include the Eagle Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, and various other small ensembles.
