Pfeiffer University (2021-2022)
Joseph Earp was the the Director of Instrumental Music at Pfeiffer University at the rank of Assistant Professor. Some notable moments at Pfeiffer University included:

Reestablished the Wind & Percussion Ensemble after not existing for 10 years.

Founded Freddie's Falcon House Band for basketball games and special events on campus.

Wrote and premiered "The Falcon" fight song. (Adopted by the Pfeiffer University Student Government as the first official fight song for the institution.)

Established the Pfeiffer Invitational Honor Band Clinic hosting over 160 students from 25 high schools.

Worked with facilities to renovate the instrumental rehearsal building.
