Pfeiffer University (2021-2022)

Joseph Earp was the the Director of Instrumental Music at Pfeiffer University at the rank of Assistant Professor. Some notable moments at Pfeiffer University included:

​​

  • Reestablished the Wind & Percussion Ensemble after not existing for 10 years.

  • Founded Freddie's Falcon House Band for basketball games and special events on campus.

  • Wrote and premiered "The Falcon" fight song. (Adopted by the Pfeiffer University Student Government as the first official fight song for the institution.)

  • Established the Pfeiffer Invitational Honor Band Clinic hosting over 160 students from 25 high schools.

  • Worked with facilities to renovate the instrumental rehearsal building.
